Great backup - when we didn't get quite the right part, they made an effort & got the correct part to us v quickly. Gave good advise about maintenance. They actually seemed to care. Followed their advice, purchased the bed glue, and we're back to printing the 3D parts for our QuickBuild Homes. The Ultimaker printer is running almost everyday - it simply needed a little bit or affection. We couldn't do our houses as the price we do without 3D printed parts.
