We made the investment based on reported quality of the equipment and after-sales support and have not been disappointed. To improve on this we would suggest controlled access to a technical web page where customers can get updated information regarding troubleshooting, new developments, how to use various substrates, etc. Also of interest might be a blog where customers can exchange experiences or brainstorm ideas instead of 're-inventing the wheel'.
