The Somu Authentication Development Module is a tiny FIDO2 security key for two-factor authentication and passwordless login. This development module can be used with Google, Twitter, and GitHub accounts for two-factor authentication and Microsoft account for passwordless login. Somu fits in your USB port, so you’ll never forget your key again. And FIDO2 / WebAuthn is now a web standard, so you don’t need any extension whatsoever, Somu just works on most operating systems and browsers.

The Somu authentication module includes an STM32L4 MCU, one RGB led, and two buttons. This development module is secure against online attacks and can be permanently locked down to be secure against physical attacks. The Somu authentication module comes with a durable silicone sleeve case that flexes slightly around the PCB and makes a good fit.
