RFID for Intelligent Printing
All printing parameters are embedded in RFID, which can be read through Bambu Lab's AMS (Automatic Material System).
Load and print — no more tedious setting steps. Your printer automatically configures nozzle temperature, bed temperature, and speed the moment you insert the spool.
Printing Tips
• PETG HF can string or ooze when damp. If you notice stringing or poor surface quality, dry the filament before printing: 65°C for 8 hours (blast drying oven) or 75–85°C for 12 hours on the printer heatbed.
• Store in a sealed bag with desiccant when not in use. Target humidity below 20% RH.
• To get a shinier surface finish, reduce print speed and increase nozzle temperature slightly.
• PETG HF is excellent for functional parts requiring toughness, water resistance, and flexibility — ideal for enclosures, brackets, clips, and outdoor items.
• Refer to the Bambu filament drying guide on the Bambu wiki for detailed drying instructions.
