EinScan Rigil Lite All-in-One Wireless Laser 3D Scanner

The EinScan Rigil Lite is a fully integrated, cable-free 3D scanner that combines a blue laser + IR VCSEL hybrid light source, an on-board 6.4-inch 2K AMOLED touchscreen, and a built-in compute platform into a single 870 g handheld unit. Delivering geometric resolution down to 0.05 mm and three flexible work modes — Standalone, Wireless PC, and Wired PC — Rigil Lite brings the core capabilities of the Rigil Series to professionals who want everyday scanning power without a tethered workstation.

    ALL-IN-ONE DESIGN

EinScan Rigil Lite — Lite to Start, Light to Create

The Rigil Series unifies the scanner, display, compute, storage, and power into a single integrated tool, and the EinScan Rigil Lite is the most accessible member of that family. Every step of the workflow — capture, alignment, editing, and export — runs on-device, eliminating the laptop, cables, and bench setup traditional laser scanners require. It's the cost-effective entry point to true all-in-one scanning.

    HYBRID LIGHT SOURCE

Blue Laser + IR VCSEL in One Tool

Rigil Lite combines two scanning systems with three light sources. 17+17 crossed blue laser lines drive high-speed Laser HD capture, 7 parallel blue laser lines sharpen detail on edges and small features, and an IR VCSEL Rapid mode handles large surfaces, indoor or outdoor, and is safe for scanning people. Two dedicated camera groups capture each light source independently for clean, low-noise data.

    RESOLUTION

    Detail Down to 0.05 mm

Laser HD mode resolves geometry from 0.05 mm to 10 mm, so a single device handles machined components, mold cavities, automotive interiors, and full vehicles with consistent fidelity. IR Rapid extends the range out to 1,500 mm for fast capture of larger volumes when ultimate detail isn't the priority.

    MARKER-FREE WORKFLOW

No Markers. Less Prep. Faster Starts.

A breakthrough Laser + IR hybrid tracking algorithm lets Rigil Lite scan feature-rich objects without sticking a single marker. Start in a high-feature area, cover by sections, and refine details locally — perfect for tight spaces or hard-to-place surfaces like motorcycle frames and engine bays. The result is faster scan starts, a gentler learning curve, and cleaner data than traditional marker-free IR scanning.

    WORK MODES

    Three Modes, One Scanner

Rigil Lite scales from fully untethered fieldwork to PC-accelerated heavy lifting without changing hardware.

    • 1
Standalone Mode Scan, align, edit, and export entirely on the device — no PC, no cables, full portability.
    • 2
Wireless PC Mode Built-in Wi-Fi 6 streams data to a workstation for complex projects and high data volumes.
    • 3
Wired PC Mode USB connection guarantees maximum bandwidth and stability in challenging network environments.
    ON-DEVICE COMPUTE

    A Workstation in Your Hand

An 8-core 2.4 GHz CPU, 24 GB LPDDR5 RAM (or 32 GB on the Limited Edition), and 512 GB SSD (or 1 TB) power the integrated EXScan Rigil software directly on the scanner. A bright 6.4-inch 2K AMOLED touchscreen provides full project review, real-time rollback, base-surface filtering, and one-click model customization without ever opening a laptop.

    OUTDOOR READY

Sunlight, Shadows, Reflective Metal — Scan Anywhere

Rigil Lite is engineered to keep tracking smooth in real-world conditions. The blue laser system performs reliably under direct sunlight or at night, and the hybrid light source captures reflective metals, black plastics, and dark surfaces without spray or coating. IP50 protection plus a –10 °C to 40 °C operating range round out a scanner ready for shop floors, job sites, and outdoor heritage work.

    TRUE-COLOR TEXTURE

    Full-Color Laser Scanning

A 5 MP texture camera records high-fidelity color data alongside the geometric scan, producing photorealistic, true-to-life models suitable for art, heritage preservation, AR/VR, and digital content. Designers and engineers can carry color information through the entire workflow without a separate photogrammetry pass.

    WIRELESS & PORTABLE

    All-Day, Cable-Free Sessions

Two replaceable 5500 mAh batteries and 60 W PD3.0 USB-C charging keep Rigil Lite working in the field. The complete unit weighs just 870 g with batteries installed and measures only 233 × 180 × 72.8 mm — small enough to fit a backpack and balanced for single-hand scanning.

    Additional Information

    Who is Rigil Lite for?

Rigil Lite delivers the core capabilities of the Rigil Series at a more accessible price point, aimed at professional everyday 3D scanning.

    • Reverse engineering and CAD workflows on small to mid-size parts.
    • Automotive aftermarket, restoration, and custom fabrication.
    • Heritage, art, and digital content creation needing color-accurate scans.
    • Field engineering, inspection, and on-site capture without a workstation.

    Rigil vs. Rigil Lite

Both scanners share the all-in-one form factor and on-device workflow. Rigil Lite trades raw throughput and storage for a more cost-effective entry to the platform.

    • Laser lines: 17+17 (Lite) vs. 25+25 on Rigil — Rigil is roughly 40% faster.
    • Volumetric accuracy: Rigil is individually verified at 0.04 + 0.06 mm; Lite is slightly lower.
    • Memory: 24 GB on the Lite Regular Edition vs. 32 GB on Rigil for ~25% faster processing on large projects.
    • Storage: 512 GB SSD on Lite Regular vs. 1 TB on Rigil (Lite Limited Edition matches at 1 TB).

    Software Workflow

Rigil Lite ships with on-device software that handles the entire pipeline from capture to export, with optional PC tools for advanced editing and downstream design.

    • Real-time rollback to any previous stage during scanning.
    • Automatic base-surface detection and removal.
    • Connect-domain and inverse-selection tools for fast cleanup.
    • One-click measurement retrieval — no calipers required.
    • Direct export to USB drive without additional software.

    What's in the Box

Every EinScan Rigil Lite ships ready to scan out of the box, with the on-device software pre-installed and a complete charging and calibration kit. The Limited Edition adds a memory and storage bump for users handling larger projects.
