Print large parts as single pieces

Move beyond splitting helmets, architectural models, workshop fixtures and tall prototypes into small sections. The enclosure reduces the usable Z height from 500mm to 450mm, while preserving the full 500 × 500mm bed.

CoreXY motion on full linear rails

CoreXY kinematics keep moving mass controlled, while full XYZ linear rails and four independent Z motors support fast, repeatable movement across the unusually large build area.

High speed with serious material flow

Sovol rates the SV08 Max up to 700mm/s, 40,000mm/s² acceleration and 50mm³/s maximum flow. Those figures give the motion and extrusion system headroom for large prints, although real settings still depend on material, geometry and quality goals.

Watch long jobs from the built-in camera

The integrated camera supports remote monitoring, useful when a single large-format print may run for many hours. Connectivity includes USB, dual-band Wi-Fi, HDMI and Ethernet.

Move from everyday filament to engineering materials

A 300°C hotend, 100°C bed and enclosed build space broaden the material options beyond PLA. Sovol lists PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PA and PC compatibility; always follow the filament maker’s ventilation and drying guidance.

Automatic first-layer setup

Eddy-current scanning supports rapid bed mapping and automatic Z-offset adjustment.
