If your transaction is subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("the Act"), your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed and payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Currency conversions are based on the rate at the time of purchase.
- GST: All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand include Goods and Services Tax (GST). For orders shipped outside New Zealand, GST will be removed at checkout.

- Payment Methods:
- We accept payment by bank transfer with no additional fees.
- Afterpay for orders up to NZ$1,500.

- Price Changes: We may change prices at any time without notice.
- Errors: If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, we may cancel your order and refund any payment made.
3. Orders and Availability
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order before confirmation. Any variation, waiver, or cancellation is only effective if confirmed in writing by us. We may charge a handling fee of up to 15% for accepted cancellations.
- Order Dispatch: Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- Partial Shipments: We may dispatch your order in one or more shipments. Failure to deliver any installment does not entitle you to cancel previous deliveries. You may cancel undelivered installments before they are confirmed.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays.
4. Delivery Instructions
- Special Instructions: You may provide delivery instructions (e.g., leave at a specified location). We are not responsible for orders delivered in accordance with your instructions.
- International Shipments: New Zealand law requires all international packages to include customs documentation describing the goods and their value.
5. Shortages, Damages, and Loss in Transit

- Insurance:
- New Zealand orders are insured against loss or damage in transit up to NZ$1,500.
- International orders are insured up to NZ$1,000 while in New Zealand. Once the order leaves New Zealand, we cannot offer further insurance.
- Claims: Claims for damage or loss must be made to the carrier within 7 days of receipt. Notify us of any claim details, but we accept no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit beyond the insured value.
6. Warranty and Liability
- General Warranty: The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product. Warranty terms may vary by product, part, or country.
- Limited Warranty (3 Months): Some products and components have a 3-month warranty. We will provide warranty service for these items within 3 months of receipt.
- Consumables: Consumables are items subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., disposable parts). These do not carry a warranty, but we may replace defective consumables at our discretion if the main product is still under warranty.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused by misuse, tampering, improper storage, or malfunction of products. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
