Six Layers Between the Smoke and You

Air passes through the SuperCyclone, a pre-filter, a medium-efficiency filter, an activated carbon filter, xTool's ultra-dense carbon mesh and a final HEPA filter. SGS testing recorded 99.99% PM2.5 removal, 99.97% removal of 0.3 µm particles and 99.99% TVOC removal — so the purified air is suitable to exhaust straight back into the room.

SuperCyclone Means Fewer Filter Changes

36 cyclones spin heavy particles out of the airflow before they reach the filters. That stops the pre-filter clogging, extends its life up to 10 times, and the cyclone itself simply washes clean and goes back in.

Cut Acrylic and Leather Without the Smell

Activated carbon alone struggles with the sharp odours from acrylic and leather. The AP2 adds an ultra-dense carbon mesh with a much larger absorption surface, so smells and VOCs are captured rather than recirculated.

Not Just for Lasers

Any machine with a 150 m³/h or lower extraction requirement and a 60–110 mm exhaust port can connect, including 3D printers, DTF printers, soldering stations and small woodworking setups. Smart sync only works with supported xTool machines; for higher-flow machines such as the xTool P3 (238 m³/h), choose a larger purifier.
