Unlock Flexible Filament Printing on Your Bambu Lab Printer
The Bambu Lab TPU Feed Assist Module gives your printer reliable, direct control over flexible filaments like TPU — filaments that standard Bowden-style feeding systems struggle with. By using an assisted external feed mechanism, the module prevents under-extrusion, clogging, and inconsistent flow that are common when printing TPU through an AMS system.
⚠ Important — Please Read Before Ordering
- Housing and frame are NOT included. You must 3D print the housing and mounting frame yourself. Print files are available free on MakerWorld.
- AMS auto-loading and auto-unloading are NOT supported. The module is designed for use with an external feed source — not the standard AMS automatic system.
- An external feeding system is required — either an AMS HT, a filament dryer with spool rotation, or a spool holder that feeds directly into the module.
- Hotend configuration: Installing on the right hotend leaves the left hotend available for other materials (e.g. PLA supports). Installing on the left hotend disables dual-hotend printing.

Noticeably Better Quality
Print surfaces are smoother and layer adhesion is more consistent compared to feeding TPU without the assist module.
