The upgraded Bambu PETG Basic formula reaches 75 MPa XY bending strength while retaining 34.2 kJ/m² XY impact strength. It is a practical choice for brackets, clips, holders and other functional parts that need to carry load without becoming brittle.

OUTDOOR READY

Built for water, UV and temperature exposure

Enhanced resistance to water, UV and temperature makes PETG Basic suitable for garden labels, bathroom accessories, outdoor fixtures and everyday parts exposed to changing conditions.

CLEANER PRINTING

Less stringing, smoother surfaces

The refined formula is less sensitive to moisture than typical PETG, helping produce crisper details and a cleaner surface. Drying is still recommended for the best result.

Printing Tips

Printing and care tips

Dry before use: 65 °C for 8 hours in a forced-air dryer; 80 °C for 12 hours on a compatible Bambu printer heatbed; or 65 °C for 8 hours in AMS 2 Pro / AMS HT.
If the filament has been exposed to relative humidity above 50% for more than 72 hours, dry it thoroughly before printing.
Keep it sealed with desiccant below 20% RH between prints.
PETG Basic adheres strongly to PEI. Let the plate cool before removing the model to protect the bottom surface.
Recommended default flow ratio is 0.95. If a fully dried spool still clogs, Bambu recommends testing 0.93–0.94.
