We don't do a lot of chest-thumping around here. But we've had a run of genuinely lovely reviews lately and we wanted to share them, partly because they're nice to read, and partly because they say something real about what we're trying to do.
Bryn's story is one that comes up more than you'd think. He bought his Bambu printer from another reseller - totally fine, there are a few options out there. But when he needed parts and accessories, he hit a wall. The original seller didn't stock them, which meant hunting overseas or paying international freight on stuff that really should just be available locally.
He found us, sorted his nozzles and upgrades at NZ pricing, and left us a review. The bit that stuck was this: "Its better to be able to do that (and get NZ pricing) than be forced to order them in from another country." That's exactly why we put the effort into stocking the full ecosystem, not just the hero products.

Matt Hastings had a different kind of experience. He picked up an SV08 Max and hit a few teething issues early on. So he did what any sensible person would do - he sent us an email. What followed was a back-and-forth troubleshoot with Tim and Sam, working through the problem until they cracked it. His review said: "Saved my sanity." That's the bit we love. Not "problem solved" or "great service" - but "saved my sanity." That's the real version of what good support feels like.
And then Nathan Eveleigh, who put it simply: "Only place I go for my 3D printing needs." Five stars, a smiley face, and we're stoked.
We're not a big corporate retailer. We're a small NZ team - Tim, Jase, and the crew - who actually use this gear every day and care about getting it right. When someone's machine is giving them grief at 9pm, they can email us and genuinely get a response. When you need a spare part, there's a good chance we've got it in the warehouse already.

If you've had a good experience with us, leave us a review on Google - it genuinely helps more people find us and it means a lot to the team. And if something didn't go right, even better to tell us. We're not going anywhere and we'd love the chance to sort it.
Thanks for being part of the MindKits crew. It's a good one.
